TTKXPORT is a vehicle export company based in the UAE, specializing in exporting vehicles globally,

particularly to Africa. We provide listings, communication, and transaction assistance between

buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you

meet this requirement.

3. Vehicle Listings

All vehicle listings are for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee

the completeness or accuracy of vehicle details, prices, or availability.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments must be made through agreed

methods. All transactions are governed by the payment and shipping terms provided at the time of

order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We work with third-party logistics to arrange vehicle delivery. TKXPORT is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping providers.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations must be requested in writing. Approved refunds may be subject to processing fees. Custom orders or shipments already in transit may not be refundable.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform lawfully and refrain from engaging in any activity that may harm the business, users, or system integrity of TKXPORT.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms, including logos, designs, and images, is owned or licensed by TKXPORT. Reproduction or misuse without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

TKXPORT is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, losses, or service interruptions.
